What it funds

This round covers the remaining cash trough of roughly £399,000 with around £100,000 of headroom, and takes Mavis to EBITDA-positive trading in 2028 and cash-flow-positive trading in 2029. The 2026 position is already funded by the first round, grants and R&D tax relief. No further capital is required to reach profitability; a modelled £2M Series A in 2029 funds international expansion.

Forecast and returns

The six-year model forecasts £22.4M revenue and £6.5M EBITDA in 2031 on 14,000 units and 21,769 subscribers. At an exit multiple of 9–15× EBITDA that is a £59–98M exit and a 19–31× return to this round, stated after dilution from the modelled Series A, which takes this round from 20% to 16%. Most likely route is a strategic acquisition by a healthcare-technology or medical-device company in five to seven years. These are forecasts, not guarantees.
